Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) today announced that its
Women’s Leadership Forum will host a first of its kind Women’s
Leadership session on Tuesday March 8, 2011, at SIFMA’s 59th
Annual Securities Industry Institute® (SII) held at The
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The session, “Rules
for Cultivating Leadership Excellence,” will be presented by Rosina
Racioppi, President and CEO of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc.
In this session, Ms. Racioppi will lead a discussion about the evolution
of a woman’s role as a leader, and how women can establish their
credibility in a genuine way as they rise through their organization.
Over 180 attendees of the SII are enrolled.
As President and Chief Executive Officer of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc.,
Rosina Racioppi spearheads her organization's initiatives to help
Fortune 500 companies cultivate the talent they need for ongoing growth
and profitability. Under her leadership, WOMEN Unlimited, Inc.

Ms. Racioppi is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the University of

Every year, for over 50 years, Securities Industry Institute®
(SII) students benefit from a premier educational experience and
interaction with world-renowned Wharton School professors and industry

The Securities Industry Institute® is SIFMA’s premier
leadership and management education program. Founded in 1952, SII is an
intensive, full-scale development program designed for professionals in
the financial services industry. Gathering on the campus of The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania, participants in the
three-consecutive year program meet for one week each March to complete
required course work.
The Institute is a custom executive education program with a curriculum
that is redesigned each year to reflect the needs of an ever-changing
and ever-challenging business. Under the supervision of the SII Board of
Trustees, the Institute draws faculty from academia, the business
community, consulting field, government, regulatory organizations, and
the financial markets industry. Graduates are awarded a certificate in
recognition of their completion of the three-year program.
The Broadridge Women’s Leadership Forum was launched in January 2010 in
support of the company’s Diversity & Inclusion initiative.
