NEW YORK, New York -- May 8, 2006 -- ADP Brokerage Services Group (ADP), a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP), and Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS) today announced the formation of a strategic partnership to offer secure wireless access to ADP's ProVisor® broker desktop critical sales, productivity, and account servicing tools for financial professionals.

The joint solution, called ProVisor2Go, is based on ADP's comprehensive, multi-functional ProVisor broker desktop application powered by the FIS wireless wealth management platform. For use with the BlackBerry Enterprise Solution(TM) from Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM), ProVisor To Go provides ADP clients with a mobilized version of the ProVisor desktop application that users rely on while in the office.

Driven with data from ADP's BPS Advantage relational database, ProVisor2Go provides a turnkey, cost-effective solution for ADP clients who want to extend mobile services to their retail advisors. With wireless access to critical portfolio information -- including real-time tax lot updates and contact management capabilities -- integrated with real-time market data, advisors can stay on top of the markets and in control of accounts to provide a greater level of service to more clients.

"We are excited to be working with FIS to introduce ProVisor2Go, a value- added solution and natural extension of our existing retail brokerage offering," said Charlie Marchesani, General Manager, ADP Brokerage Processing Services. "We believe this innovative new product will enable ADP's clients to attract and retain advisors, boost productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction."

"Our vision has always been to provide fast, cost-effective access to wireless wealth management," said Gordon Conlin, Managing Director of FIS. "By teaming with ADP, the dominant back-office solution provider, FIS gains a strategic sales channel and can utilize a single installation of the solution across all financial institutions that use ADP back-office services. With ProVisor2Go, ADP clients can leverage existing technology investments and extend access to critical information wirelessly."
